My No Show & Cancellation Policy
I do my best to make sure all your needs are taken care of but now that I am self-emplyed I need to bring in a no show and cancellation policy. Unfortunately it is a regular occurrence and I lose out on money regardless. I appreciate all my clients but I have to do this to stay afloat. I understand things can come up but to still be able to run a business, pay my chair, rent, bills, stock and wages this is required.
NO SHOWS
If you fail to attend your appointment you will be charged 50% of the appointment or you will not be able to book any further appointments with myself and possily the salon.
CANCELLATIONS
If you have to cancel or change your appointment less than 36 hours before your scheduled time I will have to charge 50% of the appointment
